Job  Activity Specialist
This is a PART TIME position working 29 hours per week. Work hours are M-F between 9am and 3pm. Under supervision, the Activity Specialist plans and coordinates daily services, programs, community events, and social activities for our customers. This person brings cheer, entertainment, festivity, and spirited mood to our housing community.

Job  Apartment Maintenance Technician
Under supervision the Apartment Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of apartment buildings and building fixtures. The employee will work as a member of a maintenance crew and performs a variety of skilled tasks in several mechanical and building trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

Job  Assistant Property Manager
Under supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager assists with the management of a residential apartment community. This position is responsible for leasing vacant apartments, completing recertification, conducting inspections, and sending tenant notices. The community may have a mix of Project Based Rental Assistance, Low Income Tax Credit, Public Housing or Market Rate units. All work must comply with company policies, laws and regulations. This position operates within and contributes to an environment in compliance with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.

Job  Leasing and Occupancy Specialist
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing and Occupancy Specialist provides clerical and administrative support in the property leasing office. This position is responsible for leasing vacant apartments and day-to-day office procedures (leasing, recertifications, inspections, tenant notices). The community may have a mix of market rate / workforce units, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units and/or Project Based Rental Assistance (Multi-family). The site must comply with all company policies and all relevant laws and regulations. All activities must support Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation’s (“KCDC” or “Authority”) mission, strategic goals, and objectives. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing general clerical support in an office setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preference may be given to applicants proficient in the use of Yardi. Preference may be given to applicants with the ability to speak and understand Spanish.. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS CPO, COS, or Bended Occupancy Specialist Certification must be obtained within 2 years of service. Some positions may require possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insurable under the Authority’s automobile insurance plan at the standard rate.
