Job  Apartment Maintenance Technician **Sign-on BONUS**
**$500 Sign-on Bonus** Under supervision the Apartment Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of apartment buildings and building fixtures. The employee will work as a member of a maintenance crew and performs a variety of skilled tasks in several mechanical and building trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

Job  Construction and Rehab Manager
Reporting to the Redevelopment and Real Estate Director, the Construction and Rehab Manager assists with planning, implementation and oversight of construction/renovation of multifamily housing. The successful candidate will possess the knowledge and experience to develop project capital budgets and schedules; work with general contractors and third-party consultants, manage communication flow among all stakeholders during construction, and oversee contractor and consultant performance. The incumbent works closely with development partners, including architects, contractors, subcontractors and other consultants, the City of Knoxville, KCDC staff, and others having jurisdiction in resolving project development and construction issues.

Job  Finance Director
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Director applies advanced accounting knowledge and expertise in strategic financial management to carry out the Agency's financial goals. The Finance Director, as a member of the leadership team, is actively involved in creating financing strategies that support the agency's investments in housing, neighborhoods and people. Responsible for oversight of the accounting department, this position manages multiple projects, programs, systems and processes necessary for effective mitigation of risk, timely processing of transactions and accurate reporting of financial information to a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Job  Occupancy Specialist
Under the supervision of a Senior Occupancy Specialist, the Occupancy Specialist performs specialized technical and clerical work supporting various types of Section 8 housing programs. The Occupancy Specialist examines eligibility of KCDC clients and prospective clients for rental assistance, processes monthly housing assistance payments to landlords, and processes utility allowance payments to the utility company.

Job  Property Manager
This is a new construction complex that will have approximately 100 units available to rent once the first phase is completed. Under the supervision of the Housing Operations Director, the Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a residential community. Responsibilities include oversight of the community's marketing, leasing, legal, financial and administrative functions. The community may have a mix of market rate / workforce units, Low Income Public Housing (LIPH), Low Income Tax Housing Credit (LIHTC) units and/or Project Based Rental Assistance.
