Job  Accounting Technician II
Under the general supervision, performs journey-level technical accounting work processing, balancing, adjusting and maintaining various accounts. Work is performed in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other financial accounts for designated housing, development and grant programs. Work involves preparing and analyzing general ledger accounts, tax and benefit accounts, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate fiscal records. Work may include cash collection activity of all agency receipts. Duties require independent judgment in daily activities, with general instructions on special projects or new assignments. Work is submitted to the supervisor upon completion and is subject to external audit as well as internal financial and administrative controls.

Job  Finance Director
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Director applies advanced accounting knowledge and expertise in strategic financial management to carry out the Agency's financial goals. The Finance Director, as a member of the leadership team, is actively involved in creating financing strategies that support the agency's investments in housing, neighborhoods and people. Responsible for oversight of the accounting department, this position manages multiple projects, programs, systems and processes necessary for effective mitigation of risk, timely processing of transactions and accurate reporting of financial information to a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Job  Maintenance Supervisor
This is a BRAND NEW Property still under construction. Lease ups for the first phase of completed units begin in the next few weeks. There will be two additional phases completed over the next 2 years. Total units for the property will be approximately 440. ################################# Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor performs administrative and skilled supervisory work in the maintenance and repair of apartment buildings. Job  Property Manager 50059
Under the supervision of the Housing Operations Director, the Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a residential community. Responsibilities include oversight of the community’s marketing, leasing, legal, financial and administrative functions. The community may have a mix of market rate / workforce units, Low Income Public Housing (LIPH)Low Income Tax Housing Credit (LIHTC) units and/or Project Based Rental Assistance.
