|Under supervision the Apartment Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of apartment buildings and building fixtures. The employee will work as a member of a maintenance crew and performs a variety of skilled tasks in several mechanical and building trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.|

|Under the supervision of the Vice President of Housing, the Housing Operations Director is responsible for daily oversite of housing programs management staff. The programs include low income public housing, project based rental assistance, tax credit developments or private market developments. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring financial management, physical conditions, regulatory compliance, resident/occupancy issues, and community/resident relations.|
|Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor performance administrative and skilled supervisory work in the maintenance and repair of apartment buildings. The incumbent plans, schedules, assigns, supervises, and coordinates the work of a maintenance crew in the performance of skilled tasks in several of the mechanical and building trades.|
|This is a temporary full-time job M-F from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Part time hours can be accommodated. There is no guarantee work will be assigned every week. The work location may change frequently. All KCDC properties are within Knox County.
Under general supervision, performs clerical work related to public housing. Responsibilities include general administrative support to property management, interviewing and assisting new clients with completing housing applications, screening applicants, verifying applicant information, determining eligibility, offering housing, preparing lease forms, assembling application and re-certification packets; ensuring the completeness of files, forms, and reports; and typing related correspondence. Responsibilities also include providing assistance on issues related to property management and work orders.|
