Job  Accounting Technician II
Under the general supervision, performs journey-level technical accounting work processing, balancing, adjusting and maintaining various accounts. Work is performed in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other financial accounts for designated housing, development and grant programs. Work involves preparing and analyzing general ledger accounts, tax and benefit accounts, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate fiscal records. Work may include cash collection activity of all agency receipts. Duties require independent judgment in daily activities, with general instructions on special projects or new assignments. Work is submitted to the supervisor upon completion and is subject to external audit as well as internal financial and administrative controls.

Job  Apartment Maintenance Technician
Under supervision the Apartment Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of apartment buildings and building fixtures. The employee will work as a member of a maintenance crew and performs a variety of skilled tasks in several mechanical and building trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

Job  Legal and Customer Service Specialist
Under the supervision of the Housing Operations Division, the Legal and Customer Service Specialist records and maintains information related to eviction actions. The incumbent provides a variety of program and office support to the Housing Operations staff, supervisory staff, and employees in the Housing department.

Job  Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor performs administrative and skilled supervisory work in the maintenance and repair of apartment buildings. The incumbent plans, schedules, assigns, supervises, and coordinates the work of a maintenance crew in the performance of skilled tasks in several of the mechanical and building trades.
